Last updated 11 September 2026. DF Digital Services Ltd ("we"), trading as Agent Effects, builds and operates autonomous revenue and operations systems for business customers. This policy describes how we handle personal data on this website and in customer deployments.

Website

This marketing site is static. We do not run advertising pixels or sell visitor data. If you email us, we process the contents of that message to respond. Server logs from our hosting provider may include IP address, user agent, and requested URL for security and reliability.

Customer systems

When we deploy agents into a customer's stack, we process customer and end-customer data as a processor on the customer's instructions. That data may include contact details, inquiry content, calendars, and CRM records required to run the licensed workflow. Customer data is not used to train public foundation models.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to personnel and subprocessors required to operate the system. See Security Architecture and Subprocessors.

Rights

If you are in the EEA/UK, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data we hold, subject to our contracts with business customers. Contact [email protected]. If we process data only as a processor, we will route the request to the relevant customer.
