Terms of Service

Last updated 11 September 2026. These terms govern use of the Agent Effects website, operated by DF Digital Services Ltd. Paid deployments are covered by a separate services agreement.

The site

The website describes our services and may include modeled traces, calculators, and illustrative case studies. Figures such as pipeline lift are averages or modeled examples, not a guarantee of results for your business unless a signed agreement says otherwise. The architecture-audit guarantee (if we do not find at least $5,000/mo in recoverable pipeline, we pay $500 for your time) applies only when confirmed in writing for that engagement.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or scrape it in a way that degrades service. Content on this site is owned by DF Digital Services Ltd unless stated otherwise.
