Subprocessors

Last updated 10 September 2026. Depending on a customer's stack and contract, Agent Effects may use the following categories of subprocessors.

• Website hosting and CDN (currently Cloudflare) for this marketing site.
• Email and workspace tools for operations correspondence.
• Cloud infrastructure for runtime, logs, and encrypted storage, as specified in the customer agreement.
• Model inference providers used only under contract and never to train public models on customer data.
• Customer-directed systems of record (CRM, telephony, calendar, Slack/Teams) which remain the customer's processors or controllers.
